As the DXSystem continues to move along its pathway of development and release and following on from the update in Article #24, the changes detailed below will be implemented as of September 21st 2005.
These changes are being implemented to both correct and simplify the way in which users can operate the various services as well as return the DXPortfolio system to a ‘service of choice’ rather than a mandatory service. This simplification of the DXPortfolios role in the DXSystem will ensure that users who wish to only operate a DXAccount can do so without the need to become involved in the more advanced services.
In order to maintain a high level of security however, the DXPortfolio as a gateway for incoming funds will remain mandatory for any user who’s DXGlobal Rating is below 2 stars. Once a user has obtained a 2 Star DXGR they will then be eligible to transfer directly from ‘trusted’ external services to their DXAccounts Available balance.
REMOVED FUNCTIONS:
DXDebit Available – to – DXAccount Incoming Balance
At the date of implementation this function will be removed from the DXSystem.
