Dxinone Support.....grrrrrrr!!
I am really not impressed with Dxinone Support. They are going to have to get their act together if they want to be a "Household Name on the Internet".
Here is what happened. Well over a week ago the security on my computer was compromised and my passwords were stolen. The first I knew about it was when I got an angry mail from some guy about a Neteller payment. When I checked my Neteller account the balance I had was gone - spend to this guy! But fortunately for me (not for him) he couldn´t withdraw it so I got on the Neteller Support - who have a superb service - and they got my money back. I opened a new account and they transferred all my details to the new account. Then they kept an eye on it and rang me when the b****** thief tried to access my account again.
Now on to Dxinone - when I checked my account there it had been stripped!! All my Outxchanges had been cancelled, DXDA was withdrawn and 3 very large Direct Spends had been made to 2 accounts. I immediatly sent a message to support with the title "URGENT money stolen from my account". No answer! Next day I sent another urgent message - no answer again, and another one the next day. It took them FIVE DAYS to answer my messages. And there solution was that I had to lockdown my account so they could investigate. Their message told me to lockdown my account then send a message from the outside support link and to upload some ID. I proceeded to do all this - but the Upload link didn´t work - no matter how many times I tried I couldn´t upload the ID.
I messaged them again to tell them the Upload wasn´t working and asked if there was another way to send the ID. That was FOUR DAYS ago. Still no reply and no access to my account!!
To make matters worse, I have a Business Account and I use the DXGPC to receive payments for my Hosting Service. So I can´t check to see if any payments are being made!
The security on my PC is top notch. I used Roboform for my passwords (not anymore!!) and regularly swept my PC for Spyware and Adware. I never found any malicious files when I scanned. I have had to reformat my hard drive to make sure it is clean.
Needless to say, I am really p***** off right now. I have just sent another message to support - but will that do any good other than me getting to let some steam off?
