The eee-currency service has been temporarally suspended due to confusion between the eee-currency service and another site (ecurrencyexchangers).
In order to resume normal operating status we kindly ask that:
(a) if you have any pending OutXchanges to eee-currency, to cancel them as these can be re-issued following the reactivation of the eee-currency service.
(b) if you currently have a pending InXchange, OutXchange or ClaimXchange using eee-currency, that you contact the eee-currency support to organize a reversal to the sender; and once completed the transaction will be reversed in your DXAccount/DXMerchant Console. This will ensure that all transactions sent to incorrect account numbers are accounted for and rectified.
Following the successful completion of the above, all registered exernal eee-currency service accounts will be cleared to remove all incorrectly registered account numbers. Once the service is re-activated you will be able to re-register your external account and begin to use the service. "
