This appears to be as a result of a recent mail-out being termed as spam by some mail providers and have since blacklisted the DXInOne mail server. Attempts to have the listing removed have been requested however we are yet to hear a response.
In the mean time, if you are not receiving mail from DXInOne, please ensure that the domain 'dxinone.com' is in your white list or permitted list of mailers to ensure that your email reaches your inbox.
