Welcome to all new Users who have arrived at eeeCurrency.com by way of Dxinone. What an introduction, yes?
At this time we ask that you do not submit any more reversal requests. We now have acquired a listing of all necessary Dx Transaction Codes, eeeCurrency Account Numbers, and Dollar amounts. Again, do not send any more Reversal requests.
Here's is what has officially happened:
1) Users have entered eCurrencyExchangers.com Account number at the Dxsystem instead of their eeeCurrency.com Account Number. They thought their new eCurrencyExchangers.com number was there eeeCurrency.com number - It was not.
2) They then submitted "Out Exchanges" at the Dxsystem.
3) When the Out Exchange was processed by a eeeCurrency.com Account holder with in the Dxsystem, the processing Account holder sent the funds to the Account they were instructed to. The same incorrect eeeCurrency Account Number that the Out Exchanger entered.
4) When the User Checked their eeeCurrency Account they did not find the funds their. The User then complained to both dx, eeeCurrency.com, and eCurrencyExchangers.com that they had not received their funds. We thought they were being... well, you get the picture.
5) This was caught before it got totally out of hand and now these transactions are to be reversed.
6) Although it was stated at both eeeCurrency.com and eCurrencyExchangers.com that the two Systems worked together, some members some how missed the fact that they are NOT the same systems and the Account numbers do not function interchangeably. eCurrencyExchangers.com is an Exchanger Processor.
Again, because of this influx of users and transactions, this issue has been prioritized. To save time and to avoid scrupulous requests, your direct Reversal request is not necessary and will not be acknowledged. However, in an effort to bring all Systems back to normality, every Transaction on the list will be immediately reconciled.
